Bank of Maharashtra is a public sector bank headquartered in Pune, India. It was established in 1935 and is one of the oldest and major commercial banks in the country. The Bank of Maharashtra conducts various recruitment exams for various positions in the bank. Some of the exams that are conducted by the bank include:
- Probationary Officer (PO) exam: This exam is conducted to recruit candidates for the position of Probationary Officer (PO) in the bank. Candidates who clear the exam are selected for a one-year probationary training program and are then appointed as POs.
- Clerk exam: This exam is conducted to recruit candidates for the position of Clerk in the bank. Candidates who clear the exam are appointed as Clerks in the bank.
- Specialist Officer (SO) exam: This exam is conducted to recruit candidates for various specialist positions in the bank, such as IT Officer, Law Officer, and more.
- Management Trainee (MT) exam: This exam is conducted to recruit candidates for the position of Management Trainee in the bank. Candidates who clear the exam are selected for a management training program and are then appointed as MTs.
