The Gujarat High Court (GHC) Preliminary Exam consists of 100 objective type questions from Law Subjects for 100 marks, i.e. each question carries one mark.
There will be three parts – Part A, Part B, and Part C.
The Exam Duration is 2 Hours.
There will be a negative marking of 0.33 for each wrong answer.

In GHC Judge Mains Exam, there will be three papers that consist of questions from Criminal Law, Civil Law, and Gujarati Language Subjects.
The Criminal and Civil Papers are for 75 marks each and the Gujarati Language is comprised of 50 marks.
There will be 2 Hours 30 Minutes exam duration for each Paper and for Paper III time duration is only 1 Hour 30 Minutes.
